Purpose<\/h2>\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and rental of event spaces and guest rooms at \u201cCh\u00e2teau de Calas\u201d, operated by the Association des Amis du Ch\u00e2teau de Calas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Services<\/h2>\n\n<p>The website allows booking of:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>event rooms (private or professional events)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>guest rooms for short stays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>additional services (breakfast, cleaning, equipment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Photos and descriptions are non-binding.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Booking<\/h2>\n\n<p>A reservation becomes effective after:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>approval by the establishment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>payment of a 30% deposit<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>A confirmation email is sent to the customer.<\/p>\n\n<p>The balance must be paid:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30 days before the event (room rental)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upon arrival (guest rooms)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Prices<\/h2>\n\n<p>Prices are indicated in euros (\u20ac) including taxes.<\/p>\n\n<p>The establishment may change prices at any time without affecting confirmed bookings.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By the customer<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>more than 60 days: full refund of deposit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>between 60 and 30 days: deposit retained<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>less than 30 days: full amount due<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Guest rooms:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>afterwards the first night is charged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">By the establishment<\/h3>\n\n<p>In case of force majeure, an alternative solution or full refund will be offered.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Security deposit<\/h2>\n\n<p>A security deposit may be required for event rentals.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is returned within 7 days after inspection, minus any damage costs.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Use of premises<\/h2>\n\n<p>The customer agrees to:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>respect maximum capacity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>respect neighbors and noise regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>return premises in original condition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Damages will be invoiced.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.
